Temporary public Gitea repo — pve curl install for Blair RustDesk GA sync.

Delete or make private after fleet rollout.

Architecture (canonical)

• pve only: /usr/local/sbin/blair-sync-rustdesk-via-ga.sh every 2 minutes
• Per seat: QEMU guest agent only (no scheduled reporter task, no share JSON)
• Reads RustDesk2.toml via GA file-read; PowerShell exec fallback
